Where can I purchase Enamorette?

Enamorette is exclusively available via www.enamorette.shop only, and at present cannot be purchased anywhere else.

How is your sizing?

We stock a generic size chart from xs-xl. If you have further enquiries about sizing please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at hello@enamorette.shop

What currency do you charge in?

We are priced in Dirhams. (AED)

How can I contact you?

Should you have any questions, please contact hello@enamorette.shop and we will to respond to your enquiry as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number you can trace your order with via DHL Express or Quiqup.

We ship internationally and offer shipping methods that best suit your needs.

Are returns free?

Please be aware that should you wish to return for an exchange or refund, the cost of shipping must be incurred by yourself. Enamorette does however cover the shipping of your new pieces that you have requested for exchange.

Where is Enamorette produced?

Enamorette  Lingerie is designed all over the world and selected carefully. 

What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?

We always strive to ensure our pieces are of the highest quality and standard. However, if you believe your enamorette pieces are faulty or damaged, please contact us straight away at hello@enamorette.shop so we can assess the matter.

What size should I order?

Our measurements and sizes are true to size, so please select the size you would normally wear. If you would like more detailed sizing information, please do not hesitate to contact hello@enamorette.shop

How do I care for my Enamorette pieces?

Where possible, we recommend that you wash your Enamorette pieces on a delicate cycle, cold wash and place your pieces within a Lingerie Bag . Alternatively, hand wash your items where possible.
